Join our National Park Archaeologist on a 3 mile guided walk exploring the lives of the people who have lived and farmed on Lea Green and Bastow Wood.
We will stroll up from Grassington to find the traces local residents have left behind from the Bronze Age through to the modern day and discuss some of the issues in the present management of the landscape and the work of the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority.
A level 2 walk on grassy paths and tracks with some steep sections. Please wear outdoor clothing appropriate for the weather and sturdy shoes with good grips.
Dogs (except assistance dogs) not allowed.
