There are a number of ways to buy tickets for the Festival, online, by telephone or in person via the Box Office. There is a booking fee payable on all transactions, not per person, excluding in person bookings at the Box Office. We also have vouchers available which can be exchanged for tickets please click here.

Box Office opening hours (during the period when the Box Office is open):
Monday to Friday: 10.00am–4.00pm, Saturday: 10.00am-12noon.
Tickets can be purchased in a number of ways:

From Box Office, Grassington Festival, Grassington Hub, Garrs Lane, Grassington, BD23 5AT. No booking fee for in person bookings. Bookings can be taken in cash, cheque and debit/credit card. Opening hours Mon to Fri 10am – 4pm, Sat 10am – 12noon
Please note that our Booking Fee is £3.00 per order. This fee is set to cover our administration costs and enables us to deliver a high quality Festival.
Multiple Event Discount
10% discount on purchase of tickets for 5 or more events. (Excluding Festival-in the Field and Fringe events).
Ticket prices apply to all students in full-time education. (Proof will be required at performance).
Student Standby Discount
Tickets for any evening performance £5 only, where available on day of performance. (Proof of full-time education required).
Resale & Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a cancelled performance. Please note that the Handling Charge for dealing with returned tickets is increased to £5.00 per ticket with immediate effect to reflect the administrative costs in dealing with re-sale . It also adds to the overall support of providing and maintaining a high quality Festival. Tickets may be returned to the Box Office for possible resale up to 2 weeks prior to the performance. We will endeavour to resell tickets for sold out performances only but offer no guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Please note that lost tickets cannot be replaced for events where seating is unreserved.
Please note on booking form and call the House Manager 01756 752691 to ensure access arrangements and wheelchair seating. The Town Hall is fitted with an induction loop, simply switch hearing aid to the ‘T’ position. Please call the Box Office on 01756 752691 to ensure we help you with access arrangements.
The Town Hall and Marquee seating areas will be open 45 minutes prior to the performances. Seats must be taken no later than the start of each performance. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
We aim to be a child friendly festival and welcome children to events. If you are unsure please contact us and we will talk you through a show so that you can make a decision about taking young children. We have special events for children during the festival which are highlighted in the children and families section of our programme pages on the website.
